A quick slot for the "Tearlaments" spell, which is neatly distributed.
It's strangely rated poorly, but I personally think it's normally excellent.
The quick attack effect is a Deck bounce type cyclone, and the GY drop effect is the salvage of the "Tearlaments" Trap.
I wouldn't say either of them are essential, but they are effects that work well enough, and with that in mind, the quintessence of this card is that he doesn't have any restrictions on what cards he sends to GY when he has a haste effect. I think.
Both monsters and Spell Trap can be discarded, so you can use this card to trigger the GY effect while removing either of them in your hand. You can discard any Shaddoll that ends up in your hand. Depending on how Spell Trap is used in your opponent's Deck, if you're on the play, you can keep this card face down while holding the GY effect card you want to activate during your opponent's turn, and if you're on the draw, you can normally remove Spell Trap while doing this. Also, you can discard any card to activate its effect, and when you use it, you can perform more detailed movements than you can imagine.
By the way, it seems to be more useful than paper in Master Duel. In the early days of Tearlaments implementation, the mirror rate was very high, so I often encountered around 《Primeval Planet Perlereino》《Tearlaments Sulliek》. It seems that you will want the effect of recovering the lament that fell on the GY.
If you're aiming for this card's GY drop effect, you can let it go straight from the deck, but if it comes to your hand, you'll also want to use Tearlaments Reinoheart to discard it.

The evaluation on paper is 8 in 5MD, so I took a break and made it 7
Since I have never used Tearlaments only with MD, I will evaluate it from the MD player's point of view. The effect is to target his Tearlaments name Spell Trap Deck Bounce Afterwards, discard a card from your hand. It seems that the consumption is intense, but if I can send Ishizu and her Tearlaments to her GY, it will be an ad, so I don't really care. You can bounce rifts and Macro Cosmos, which are meta to Tearlaments, so you can put in about 2 copies. I use it quite a lot, such as blowing it off. Also, as an emergency measure in case of an accident, if you activate his Spell Trap card that you have set as a target and discard Agid or Kerbexaryk with the effect, you can move, but this is really a last resort. It's convenient to pick up Salik and Climb that have lost their GY effect.
The decks used in the environment are 60-70% Tearlaments, 20-30% Tearlaments meta such as Fuwan and Exo, and the rest are others.
It's a bit rotten in the first game, but I still think it's a card worth putting in the current environment.

Deck Bounce Cyclone in Tearlaments.
However, the cost is heavy as it is, and it will be compensated by his GY activation ability such as Tearlaments.
If you meet the conditions, you can increase the number of targets to 2, but it is difficult to say that Star Frost is a card that is easy to prioritize in Tearlaments.
The effect of 2 is also sufficient with Tearlaments.
The Searcher's Kitokaros has also been banned, and I think it's a strong habit to use as a means of removing demons and traps.

Consuming two cards from your hand and removing one Spell Trap is a little heavy. It has the GY effect and a name that is the cost (not the cost) of 《Tearlaments Kashtira》.

Real evaluation is 3 points.
In Tearlaments, you can expect to remove Dragon Buster Blade, but you can search for this card with Chitokaros of Fusion, so you can't really search. Returning it to the Deck is also an advantage that he will not be used for GY, but it is a disadvantage that it will be reused by Union Carriers revived from elves when considering only one Dragon Buster Blade as a target. Similarly, 《Dimensional Fissure》・《Gravekeeper's Trap》・《Skill Drain》with 《Exchange of the Spirit》in GY that you want to remove will not be able to summon Kitkaros, and as a result, you will not be able to search for this card.
It would be nice if Ishizu was lucky enough to drop the recovery effect, but it's rare to use two or more Trap itself, and it's hard to expect this card to drop. If you can't fuse by lowering the monster ratio to make the most of it, it may end up putting the cart before the horse. The advantage is that if you send it to GY with Kitokaros, you can add GY's trap to his hand without having to return it to his deck with the Ishizu card.
After that, Visas and the card support in the text will come at the end of the Shinsekai theme, so it depends on that.
